Okay, maybe it's not exactly world-famous. But I'm somewhat famous for it within my own world!
I spend a lot of time and effort every year (along with my wife) in growing a sizable garden. Much of the space is dedicated to growing tomatoes, peppers, and onions, with which I make lots of fresh salsa at the end of each summer. My wife also bottles canned salsa.
I'm happy to share my recipe. It's not as precise as something you would find in Betty Crocker, but gives a general idea. Enjoy!
